We collect only what is necessary for the purposes described in this policy.

We use the information we collect to operate and improve the GrabOn Canada platform, process your account registration and manage your preferences, send you deals, newsletters, or promotional communications where you have given us consent to do so, analyse platform performance through aggregated and anonymised data, comply with legal obligations, and respond to your queries or support requests.

We do not sell your personal information to third parties.

GrabOn Canada earns a commission when users click through to a brand and complete a purchase via affiliate links. When you click on a deal, you may be redirected to a third-party website. Those websites operate under their own privacy policies, and we encourage you to review them before sharing any personal information.

Our affiliate partners may receive limited data such as click identifiers to track referrals. This data does not include your name or contact details.

GrabOn Canada uses cookies for platform functionality, analytics, and performance tracking. Under PIPEDA and Quebec Law 25, we require your explicit consent before placing non-essential cookies on your device.

You can withdraw consent at any time through your browser settings or our cookie preference centre.

Under CASL, we will only send you commercial electronic messages where you have provided express or implied consent. Every marketing email we send includes a clear and easy way to unsubscribe.

Unsubscribe requests are processed within 10 business days.

As a user of GrabOn Canada, you have the right to:

• Access the personal information we hold about you.
• Request corrections to inaccurate or incomplete information.
• Withdraw consent for data collection or communications at any time.
• Request that we delete or anonymise your personal information, subject to legal retention requirements.
• For users in Quebec: request data portability in a structured, commonly used format and transmit it to another organisation.
• For users in Quebec: object to automated decision-making that affects you.
• For users in Quebec: request de-indexation of personal information, that is, ask us to stop disseminating your information or to de-index any link that provides access to it, where that information could cause harm or violates the law.

In the event of a breach of security safeguards involving your personal information, we will:

• Report the breach to the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada (OPC) if it creates a real risk of significant harm to any individual.
• Notify affected individuals directly when such a risk exists, with information about what occurred and steps you can take to reduce your risk.
• For Quebec residents, notify the Commission d'acces a l'information (CAI) as required under Law 25.
• Maintain a record of all breaches of security safeguards, regardless of whether they meet the threshold for reporting.

Significant harm includes, but is not limited to, bodily harm, humiliation, damage to reputation, financial loss, identity theft, and negative effects on a credit record.

We retain personal information only for as long as it is needed for the purposes outlined in this policy or as required by law. Account data is deleted upon request. Anonymised usage data may be retained for platform analytics.

GrabOn Canada is operated by Inspire Labs, based in India. Your data may be stored or processed outside Canada. Where this occurs, we take steps to ensure your information receives a comparable level of protection, including contractual safeguards with third-party processors.

Quebec residents should note that personal information transferred outside Quebec is subject to a Privacy Impact Assessment as required under Law 25.

GrabOn Canada is not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from minors. For users in Quebec, the applicable age threshold is 14, in accordance with Law 25. If you believe a child has provided us with their information, contact us and we will delete it promptly.

We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, the revised date at the top of this page will reflect the change. For material changes, we will notify registered users by email prior to the change taking effect. Continued use of the platform after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised policy for non-material changes.
